José Luis Bernal is a seasoned veteran in the insurance industry who currently serves as the Chief Digital and Data Officer at MAPFRE USA, where he spearheads its digital innovations.

Before joining MAPFRE USA, he was instrumental in establishing MAPFRE Group’s Corporate Digital Division, aimed at accelerating and enhancing MAPFRE’s global growth in digital business. The Digital Business Corporate Centre has now evolved into a center of excellence, where tools and techniques have been implemented through strategic partnerships with Google, Facebook, Salesforce, and other significant players in the digital landscape. José Luis also played a key role in founding the MAPFRE Insurtech Verti.es in Spain and served as a Board Member for Rastreator.com, the leading price comparison site in Spain and Mexico.

As an Actuary, José Luis has managed technical areas at several top carriers worldwide, including Lineadirecta.com, Spain's leading direct channel carrier.

Dogan is an insurance executive and entrepreneur, with 20+ years of experience in leadership, underwriting and strategy. He held various executive roles at Allianz, in the United States, Brazil and Türkiye. He has a bachelor degree in Actuarial Science. In 2021, he founded Stere, a tech platform that helps insurers and MGAs digitize their products with an API-first approach, and effortlessly connect to distribution platforms.

In 2020, he launched the LinkedIn Newsletter -Future of Insurance with 25k+ subscribers. He was named among the “HOT 100” in 2019 by Insurance Business Magazine for redefining the insurance industry; and one of the 30 "INNOVATORS TO WATCH" by Digital Insurance.

Jenn, co-founder and CTO of AgentSync, is a versatile thinker with a passion for overcoming challenges. She's a driving force in revolutionizing insurance industry compliance through her company, AgentSync. With a background at Bluewolf, LinkedIn, Dropbox, and Stripe, Jenn transforms business applications into integrated, optimized platforms. Her journey emphasizes community building, trust, and humor in facing challenges. A magna cum laude graduate from Boston University with a degree in International Relations, Jenn discovered her coding skills post-college. As a tech leader, she aims to set diversity and inclusion standards in the industry through AgentSync. Beyond tech, Jenn enjoys family time with her husband and co-founder, Niji, and their daughter, Inga.

Niji Sabharwal is Chief Executive Officer and cofounder of AgentSync. Niji believes that technology can enable scaled innovation across the massive, fragmented insurance industry. And he and the team at AgentSync are focused on building a product that reduces friction, increases efficiency, and maintains compliance, ultimately allowing industry leaders to modernize their businesses and insurtech startups to enter and scale faster.

Before co-founding AgentSync with his wife, who is also the company’s CTO, Niji worked in sales strategy and operations roles at Zenefits, where he also led the producer licensing and broker compliance response team as the company worked to overcome regulatory compliance issues. Prior to that, he led sales strategy and operations at LinkedIn.

With a foundation built over three decades of experience, Joe's career has spanned the realism of law enforcement, the complexity of insurance special investigations, to the cutting-edge realm of technology development, which he now leverages as a Business Systems Engineer at Lemieux & Associates. As a globally recognized authority on insurance fraud prevention, Joe is renowned for his expertise in social media intelligence and mobile device analytics, supported by a profound understanding of artificial intelligence's impact on modern insurance investigations.

Kabir Syed is the Founder & CEO of Ennabl, Inc., a bespoke cloud-based platform for insurance intermediaries. He has 28+ years in insurance at startups and large organizations. Kabir founded RiskMatch, a data analytics company in 2013 and exited to Bain Capital & Vista in 2017. Prior to that, he was at Marsh McLennan in various roles including strategy, operations, and marketing. Kabir sits on various boards for InsurTech and FinTech corporations.

Michael Vega-Sanz is the co-founder and President of Gail - an AI trained for various jobs in regulated industries, like insurance. Hundreds of insurance agencies, companies, and banks across North and South America are using Gail daily, supporting their millions of Customers. Prior to Gail, he founded LULA - an insurance platform for businesses to manage insurance and risk expenses effectively. Within three years, LULA grew to serve 5,000+ businesses, millions of people around the United States, and raised $50 million in the process before exiting the business in 2024.

Rory is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience in various domains, including digital, marketing, innovation, and sustainability. As the Chief Strategy Officer at EIS Ltd, a global provider of engineering and technology solutions, he oversees the strategic direction and growth of the company, ensuring alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the organization.

Rory is passionate about creating safer, smarter, and more self-sufficient ecosystems that benefit people, businesses, and the environment. He leverages his expertise in strategy, sustainability, and humanity to advise and consult with various stakeholders, from start-ups to private equity firms, on how to achieve positive social and environmental impact.
