Charles “Chip” Bacciocco is the CEO of TrustedChoice.com, the nation’s largest online marketing platform for independent insurance agents and IA insurance companies. Prior to joining TrustedChoice.com in 2012, Chip served in multiple roles over his 30-year career in the insurance industry, including as COO of Aon Private Risk Management Services, Inc., Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at Zywave and Vice President of E-Business Application Development at Arthur J Gallagher & Co. Chip is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and lives with his wife and children in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Henriette Fleischmann is CEO of Hosta AI, the most advanced solution for automated property assessments available in the insurance industry. With an MBA from MIT Sloan focusing on AI and Entrepreneurship, her career includes strategic roles at Daimler Financial Services and Porsche Consulting, underpinning her expertise in business administration and specialized sales.

Jennifer Linton is the CEO and Founder of Fenris, revolutionizing insurance quoting processes with machine learning and data enrichment. Before Fenris, Jennifer was a founding member of two prior successful insurtech startups - an auto insurance carrier and a telematics solution provider. She earned her MBA from Darden at the University of Virginia. Since launching Fenris' API in 2020, her team has enabled Millions of quotes and Billions in premium with their platform, injecting real-time insights and enrichment data into pre-underwriting workflows for better outcomes.

Kate Terry is CEO & Co-founder at Surround Insurance where she's working to combine beautiful design, well-crafted technology, and the nicest agents ever to make everyone's insurance purchase a delightful (yet efficient!) experience. She held senior roles in insurance product management and operations at Liberty Mutual, Plymouth Rock, and Progressive before turning to the insurtech space. Kate is also a member of the board of directors at Skyward Specialty Insurance, which trades on Nasdaq.

Leandro DalleMule has nearly 30 years of experience helping businesses in the retail, energy, manufacturing, telecom, and financial services industries achieve sustained increased profitability through data and analytics. Leandro is the global head of insurance for Planck, a leading artificial intelligence data platform for commercial insurers. Previously, he spent six years as the chief data officer for AIG. Prior to AIG, he worked in several senior leadership positions such as the senior director of big data analytics for Citibank and head of marketing analytics for BlackRock. He also worked in Deloitte's advanced analytics practice. Leandro holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, magna cum laude MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a graduate certificate in applied mathematics from Columbia University. He has published several articles on analytics, risk, and economics, the most recent ones for the Harvard Business Review on data strategy and analytics.

Matt Fiorentino is the VP of Marketing at Cambridge Mobile Telematics, responsible for global marketing, brand, communications, and demand generation. Before Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Matt was VP of Product & Marketing for Mustbin, a cybersecurity mobile app. Matt also led marketing at Superpedestrian, where he launched the award-winning Copenhagen Wheel and Visible Measures, a video analytics company.

As MAIA’s President and CEO, Nick Fyntrilakis leads all aspects of the 1,000+ member Association including member advocacy, education, government relations, and the Number One Insurance Agency. Prior to joining MAIA, Nick was President of the MassMutual Foundation and Vice President of Community Responsibility at MassMutual, where he led the company’s philanthropic, educational, economic development, and community outreach programs. He also supported the company’s government relations efforts in Massachusetts. Earlier in his career he served as a Chief of Staff to a Massachusetts legislator and was an elected member of the Springfield School Committee for 2 terms.

Nick Lamparelli is a 20+ year veteran of the insurance wars. He has a unique vantage point on the insurance industry. From selling home & auto insurance, helping companies with commercial insurance, to being an underwriter with an excess & surplus lines wholesaler to catastrophe modeling Nick has wide experience in the industry. Over past 10 years, Nick has been focused on the insurance analytics of natural catastrophes and big data.

Reid Holzworth, Chief Executive Officer, leads Ivans strategic direction. He is a prominent insurance industry leader with extensive insurance experience in both broker and insurer distribution environments. Holzworth was the founder and CEO of TechCanary, an InsurTech leader that Applied Systems acquired in 2019. TechCanary built an innovative set of insurance solutions on the Salesforce platform to create choice and flexibility for agencies who prefer Salesforce.com, which has since been incorporated in Applied’s portfolio under the name Applied Epic for Salesforce. Holzworth’s extensive industry experience, innovation-first mindset and commitment to simple, valuable customer experiences will be hallmarks of his leadership of Ivans and the expansion of its compelling innovation strategy.
