Insurtech Boston connects insurance startups, carrier executives, venture capitalists, and other industry participants for ongoing discussion about the future of the insurance industry. The community is open to all who are interested in shaping the future of the insurance industry.

How do I register for Insurtech Boston?
You can register online, or if space is still available, register onsite at the House of Blues.
Is there a discount for registering early?
Yes. The early-bird discount is available through March 8, 2024.
What is included in my registration fee?
Full registration includes exclusive access to all sessions and networking. And of course, unlimited snacks, coffee, food and cocktails.
What should I do when I arrive?
Come with your registration confirmation and visit the registration desk after 1 p.m. on May 7 to check in and pick up your name tag.
I am interested in sponsoring the event. How do I get involved?

What is the cancellation policy?
We hope you don’t have to cancel your registration, but in the event, you do, email info@ivans.com and let us know. We are not offering refunds for the registration fee. Ivans and Applied Systems are not responsible for non-refundable hotel reservations, airfares or change fees incurred because of canceled airline flights or changes imposed by the airlines due to inclement weather or scheduling changes. Hotel reservations need to be canceled directly with the host resort.

Where do I download the event app?
About two weeks prior to the event, you will be able to download the Insurtech Boston app on iOS or Android, to connect with attendees, stay up to date on the agenda, see what people are doing on social media, and more. An email notification will be sent to all registrants when the app is available.

Are attendees allowed to bring bags to the venue?
The House of Blues allows bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” into the venue. No backpacks/oversized bags are allowed. Attendees can bring laptops, but all bags are subject to search. Please keep in mind that large purses or laptop cases will not be accepted at coat check.
How do you book your hotel room?
Insurtech Boston is not offering discounted hotel rooms, however a list of nearby hotel options can be found here.
If I want to extend my stay in Boston beyond Insurtech Boston where can I get information on local attractions?

Will there be parking available at the venue?
House of Blues does not have onsite parking, but on-street parking and several public parking lots are available within walking distance of the venue.
